What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.
You have 30 days from the order ship date to get the return back to us in Los Angeles. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
We are happy to offer an extended holiday season return policy. For orders placed from Wednesday, December 13, 2017 through Monday, December 31, 2017, you have 45 days from the order ship date to get the return back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received more than 28 days from the ship date are ineligible for return.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.
